Can I pay before the due date?

You sure can! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Pay later in 3 purchase, simply log in, go to the order page, and select 'Pay off early'. You can also use the Klarna app to manage repayments and purchases

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

To pay in 3 instalment with Klarna, you'll need to provide the following:

Your mobile number
Email Address
A valid debit/credit card

Klarna will send all correspondence via email, but they will need your phone number if they need to reach you immediately. Please make sure that you provide accurate information so you receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.

What happens to my payments if I return my purchase?

Start the return process as usual, through Destina Home. Once Destina Home confirms that it has received your return, Klarna will take it from there and adjust your payments as needed

Additionally you can use the Klarna app to get a full overview of your purchases and report returns. Follow the directions below to return your purchase.

Step One: Open the Klarna app and select the desired order you wish to return

Step Two: Select the Report a Return button and follow the instructions provided. Next, select the Confirm button at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation message should appear notifying you, that Klarna had received your Return Report

Step Three: Your Order Status will update to reflect your Return being reported within the App. Select your returned Order and scroll to the Additional Info section and select the Return Instructions button to learn how to return the items to Destina Home. Please save your parcel tracking ID in case you need to locate it for future reference.

After Destina Home has processed your return, Klarna will issue a refund and update your statement. If you made a full return, Klarna will refund any collected payments and cancel future schedule payments. If you made a partial return, Klarna will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule
