We offer free delivery on most products within mainland UK. However, if a return is due to a change of mind, a refused delivery, or the recipient being unavailable (resulting in the item being returned to us), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

In cases where a sale item is damaged in transit or found to be defective, we will supply replacement parts upon request.
