We value your order and are committed to providing fast, secure, and dependable delivery for every item. Please note that shipping and delivery fees may apply, depending on the item's weight and destination. All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. At Destina Home, we offer both free (on most items) and paid standard ground or express air shipping for all products sold through our website (www.destinahome.com) and other online sales platforms.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items are usually processed and dispatched the same day if your order is placed by 13:00. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location within the UK mainland.
  • Large or heavy items (over 100 pounds) are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) services and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to distance or unforeseen delays such as weather or emergencies.
  • Pre-order items will be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided on the product and order pages.

Stock Availability & Delivery Estimates

  • When a product page shows “IN STOCK” and "Add to Cart" button, the estimated delivery time is usually 2 business days. Sometime it may be 3 business days for remote areas.
  • If it shows “IN STOCK” and "Preorder" button , refer to the delivery note above the Preorder button and consult the What is Preorder? article for further details.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • A confirmation email will be sent immediately after placing your order.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Options (UK & International)

Standard FREE Delivery (on most items):

  • Available based on item weight and delivery location. 
  • Small parcels: 2–3 business days after processing. 
  • Large or heavy items: 3–5 business days after processing.

Standard PAID Delivery:

  • Shipping costs vary. Please refer to the shipping cost table (attached below) for details.
  • The shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • If you encounter issues with your tracking number or delivery, please first contact the carrier directly. Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear.
  • In rare cases, tracking may not update, but the order may still arrive as scheduled.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@destinahome.com.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • All shipments include tracking. If the tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where the carrier fails to meet their stated delivery timelines.
