You may cancel your order prior to shipment. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.

• For international orders (outside the UK), cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has shipped.
• Pre-order or made-to-order items may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is not possible.
• For personalised items, a cancellation fee may apply if the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase but before it has shipped.
